Our team has an opening providing a welcoming first impression for our visitors, Employees and new hires.
The ideal candidate contributes to team and company meetings / events. May also hold a dual role as support / attendee.
Major Responsibilities
Badging and Access administration.
Workplace Ticket Coordination.
Provide experience services and support to increase individual well-being, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness in work spaces.
Supporting Community Programs, Food & Beverage Services, Transportation Programs, and Pet Programs.
Shipping & Receiving and Office Supply Management.
Daily Mail Distribution by scanning and mailing to the POC.
Reception coverage
Daily and quarterly parking passes management.
CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate contributes to team and company meetings / events. May also hold a dual role as support / attendee.
Comfortable with internal Messaging Monitoring for Assigned Locations.
Build a practice with janitorial and maintenance requests as needed and / or communicate with appropriate partners to address issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Someone with a great personality. It is comfortable to have people interaction.
The ability to think on their feet and problem solve as needed.
Someone with great communication skills that can work with the internal POC of events.
The receptionist will have daily interaction with Vendors and delivery drivers.
Someone that can give good communication and people / Employee interaction
The receptionist needs to have good multi task skills.
Computer skills, G Suite, Email, Zoom, Jira ticketing system, Brivo badge software, FedEx knowledge, Mail experience,
May need to work overtime. Will be given a 24 hr notice.
