Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all phases of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Coordinate detailed plan reviews to clarify scope, specifications, and deliverables prior to contract execution
  • Manage project costs proactively, with an emphasis on avoiding contractor-initiated change orders
  • Lead communication with owners, design professionals, and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections to uphold a zero-punch-list standard prior to project closeout
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, maintaining positive and productive relationships post-completion

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including municipal and commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, specifications, and construction management processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with effective cost and schedule controls
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite and Procore
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (but not required)
