Universal Engineering Sciences is seeking a motivated individual with experience in any of the following categories :

• Architectural Design (not required to be a licensed architect)
• Design Review
• Building Plans Examiner
• Building Inspection
• Business Development and Management

Job Responsibilities :

• Overseeing the growth and development of the Building Sciences Department in Las Vegas, NV.
• Management, client development, and relationship building with new and existing clientele.
• Support for inspections and reviews for the Building Sciences Department.
• Supporting other departments within the Western Region.
• Accounts receivable, managing and training Project managers, and working with Branch Manager on goals and initiatives for the department.

Required Qualifications :

5-10 years of experience performing design or design review, project management, plan review, and site inspections.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Degree in Architecture Design or Construction Management.
• Licensed ICC Plans Examiner.
• Licensed ICC Inspector in Multiple Disciplines.
