This position combines technical WordPress expertise with strategic marketing insight to deliver high-impact websites that drive business results. The role is central to the agency's web development services, focusing on both new website creation and existing site maintenance. The Impact You'll Make

Website Development

• Build new WordPress websites from concept to completion
• Update and maintain existing client websites
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness
• Implement user-centered design principles

Technical Implementation

Develop front-end solutions using PHP, HTML / CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

Work with WordPress block editors and Advanced Custom Fields

Create responsive designs using media queries

Maintain code quality and site performance

Strategic Design

Transform visual designs into functional web pages

Create intuitive user experiences that drive conversions

Implement marketing-focused design elements

Align technical solutions with client business goals

Quality Assurance

Ensure cross-browser compatibility

Perform thorough self-review of all work

Maintain high attention to detail

Follow established quality standards

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required :

4+ years of WordPress development experience

4+ years of coding experience (PHP, HTML / CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)

Proven experience with WordPress block editors and Advanced Custom Fields

Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent proven experience

Demonstrated expertise in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

WFH Set-Up :

Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor / AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

Back-up computer and internet connection

Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup :

Remote position

Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours :

Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Compensation :

$7 per hour
