Job descriptionProvide nursing care based on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitor trauma, orthopedic, and neurological patient conditions. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care. Maintain accurate electronic documentation and care records. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Educate patients and families regarding care plans, discharge instructions, and recovery expectations. Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, and safety standards. Active RN License (Florida). Minimum 1+ year of acute care experience required. Must have at least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in a hospital setting , BLS certification (AHA required).

Job Summary
The RN provides direct bedside care to patients on the Trauma Ortho / Neuro Med Surg unit. This role involves caring for trauma patients, post-operative orthopedic patients, and neurological medical-surgical patients. The nurse will assess, monitor, and implement care plans while ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes.
