Senior Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist | Embedded SW in Metro Detroit area (Infotainment and Autonomous)

What You'll Do :
- Create and develop control panels and manufacturing equipment
- Produce electrical and control wiring schematics
- Design and implement control logic and automation systems
- Program PLCs with a focus on ladder logic
- Develop and configure HMIs for operator-friendly interfaces
- Support and maintain controls standards, ensuring consistency across projects
- Debug, test, and support full buy-off of automated systems
What We're Looking For :
5+ years of experience in controls engineering, automation, or machine designHands-on expertise in PLC programming and development (Allen Bradley ControlLogix and / or Siemens preferred)Strong skills in schematic and hardware designExperience with material handling systems, robotics, or complex data collection solutionsBonus Points For Experience With :
