The Role
Were looking for a highly organized, positive, and mission-driven Operations & Store Coordinator to support our Highland Park retail space, e-commerce operations, and customer experience.
This role bridges creativity and logistics perfect for someone who loves both fashion and function. Youll work closely with leadership and our sales team to ensure smooth daily operations, timely order fulfillment, and meaningful brand experiences both in-store and online.
What Youll Do
Customer Experience & Store Operations
- Provide support to customers in-store and via email in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain accurate inventory records via Shopify
- Merchandise and restock the retail store as needed
- Restock back-office supplies, packaging, and materials
- Work in-store as a Sales Associate when needed
Team Coordination & Leadership
Help guide the sales team through training, 1 : 1 meetings, and ongoing development for storefront and warehouse operationsAssist with scheduling and hiring sales team membersE-Commerce & Operations
Oversee and maintain online store product pages, including creation and updates for photos, videos, costing, details, and swatchesAssist with incoming inquiries regarding giveaways, partnerships, and brand collaborationsAssist with dropship programs (e.g., create UPC barcodes and upload products to Mirakl)Track and manage packaging inventory, office supplies, and shipping materialsCreative & Events
Collaborate on and help execute photoshootsAssist with coordinating and producing in-store events that connect our brand to the communityHelp brainstorm and implement creative ideas to increase both in-store and online salesGeneral
Perform other tasks as assigned were a small team, and we all roll up our sleeves where needed.Who You Are
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience3+ years in retail operations, sales coordination, or e-commerceProficient in Shopify and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)Highly organized with strong attention to detailCalm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-orientedExcellent communicator and collaboratorPassionate about sustainability and slow fashionComfortable lifting up to 20 lbs and working some weekends as neededPositive, curious, and genuinely excited about contributing to a growing brandCompensation & Benefits
