The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, positive, and mission-driven Operations & Store Coordinator to support our Highland Park retail space, e-commerce operations, and customer experience.

This role bridges creativity and logistics — perfect for someone who loves both fashion and function. You’ll work closely with leadership and our sales team to ensure smooth daily operations, timely order fulfillment, and meaningful brand experiences both in-store and online.

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience & Store Operations

• Provide support to customers in-store and via email in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain accurate inventory records via Shopify
• Merchandise and restock the retail store as needed
• Restock back-office supplies, packaging, and materials
• Work in-store as a Sales Associate when needed
