This is not a passive front desk role we need someone who can confidently engage with clients, answer calls with a strategy, and help patients commit to ongoing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

This is not a passive front desk role we need someone who can confidently engage with clients, answer calls with a strategy, and help patients commit to ongoing treatment plans.

Answer inbound calls, educate clients on services, and convert inquiries into bookings.

Greet patients, provide a premium experience, and offer next-step treatment options.

Conduct post-treatment check-ins with patients to reinforce results and suggest maintenance packages.

Manage schedules, follow up with leads, and track conversions in our system.

Collaborate with providers to ensure excellent patient experience.

Requirements

1+ year of direct sales experience in a med spa, salon, dental office, fitness studio, or another client-facing business where upselling and converting leads was part of the job.

Proven ability to hit sales targets and work with commission structures.

Strong communication and persuasion skills; comfortable handling objections and promoting treatment packages.

Professional, polished, and reliable.

Comfortable working with scripts, tracking leads, and following up consistently.

Compensation & Incentives

Base Pay : $20 / hr.

Retail Products : 5% commission on skincare / product sales.

Services & Packages : 7% commission on laser packages and treatment bundles sold.

Bonus Potential : Additional performance-based bonuses for hitting monthly client conversion targets.
