Agency Technology Coordinator

Qualifications :

Associate's degree or two years of transferable work experience in a related field .

• Valid NYS driver's license.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships working with diverse populations .
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the a bility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly .
• Intermediate-level computer skills, with experience in training users of varying technical backgrounds and diverse learning styles .
• Passion for community service and the mission of the Food Bank.

Position Summary : The Agency Technology Coordinator is responsible for implementing technology platforms utilized by the Food Bank's agency members . This position involves travel to agencies within our 23-county service area , executing virtual and in person training , and fielding inquir ies or troubleshooting requests from partners .

Physical Requirements : This position works in a typical office setting but may be exposed to extreme temperatures in a warehouse setting. There may be extended periods of sitting, standing and / or bending, listening, talking and / or visual concentration, writing, and / or computer use. This position would generally have routine opportunities for the employee to be able to alter their physical position or change eye focus. Lifting should not normally exceed 30 pounds.

Duties and Responsibilities : In conjunction with the Partner Technology and Support Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key responsibilities :

Assists in the development and direct implementation of the Service Insights neighbor intake and data collection software at agency distribution sites . Provides on-going program support. Assists with any future platform rollouts.

Training

C onfigures and maintains agency user accounts , ensuring confidentiality of data and facilitating signature of agreements .

Performs other duties as assigned.
