Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in office administration and bookkeeping
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Buildertrend, Gusto, and MS Office Suite
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and HR processes
- Understanding of Cost-to-Complete Accounting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, willingness to show discretion, and able to work independently
- Construction or remodeling industry experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Fox Home Innovations is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Business Office Manager to support the daily operations of our growing residential remodeling company. Reporting to the CFO, this role ensures the smooth flow of accounting, HR administration, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Accounting & Financial Support
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including A / P, A / R, reconciliations, and expense trackingWork with Monthend to ensure accurate financial data is present in QuickBooks Online and Buildertrend for accurate job costing and reportingProcess vendor bills and receipts in a timely manner and maintain vendor recordsAssist with Client Invoicing & contract document preparationCoordinate with the CFO to support monthly and end of year closeout and internal auditingHR & Administrative Support
Manage employee records, onboarding documentation, and time tracking in GustoAssist with Orientation for all new employees, including documentation and obtaining required needs prior to employmentProcess Payroll biweekly and ensure all contributions & benefits are up to dateAssist with benefits coordination and compliance documentationMaintain confidentiality and ensure company policies and records are up to dateSupport policy implementation and assist with handbook updatesWork with managers to ensure all employee reviews are completed as required.Employee of the Month Program & internal monthly newsletterSet up & planning for internal company eventsAssist with walk in traffic & inbound phone callsOffice & Operations Management
