Job descriptionLeading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Managing daily operations and ensuring food safety and cleanliness. Overseeing financial performance, including budgeting and cost control. Creating and maintaining staff schedules to optimize efficiency. Hiring, training, and coaching employees to foster a positive workplace culture. Handling food preparation, equipment maintenance, and facility management. Setting the tone for a fun, team-oriented, and professional restaurant environment. Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) setting . Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and develop a high-performing team . A passion for customer service and operational excellence. The ability to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals.
