Cybersecurity IAM Manager

A company is looking for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Manager - Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a global IAM team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture

Develop and maintain IAM governance frameworks and security standards in compliance with regulations

Advise on IAM solutions and risk mitigation strategies while ensuring effective identity management processes

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred

Strong understanding of IAM frameworks and best practices (e.g., ISO27001, NIST)

Experience with Identity Management Systems, specifically SailPoint ISC and Active Directory

Relevant certifications (e.g., CIAM, CIMP, CISSP) are highly desirable
