Business analyst

Looking for a BA / Product Owner who has experience supporting mobile applications. Also looking for someone with healthcare experience. The mobile app experience is a must have. Healthcare is ideal as they are gathering requirements from Radiologist and other clinician for their User Experience mobile app enhancements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborates with stakeholders to understand and define user needs and business goals.

Translates business needs into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Supports Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.

Facilitates workshops, interviews, and collaborative discovery sessions.

Works closely with development teams to ensure shared understanding of user stories and desired outcomes.

Participates in agile ceremonies and contribute to team alignment.

Supports testing efforts by reviewing test cases and validating outcomes.

Tracks and reports progress on user stories and deliverables.

Contributes to process improvement initiatives using agile and Lean practices.

Supports agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models as needed.
