Position Summary :
The Office Receptionist will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and direct incoming callsManage incoming and outgoing mail / packagesMaintain a clean and organized reception areaSchedule appointmentsAssist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasksCoordinate with internal departments as neededHandle inquiries and provide basic information about the companyRequirements :
High school diploma or equivalentProven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Professional appearance and demeanorAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationWhat We Offer :
