WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a CCU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Albany, NY. The weekly pay for this position is $2,400 a week.

Job Function :

Administer prescribed medications orally, subcutaneously, or intravenously, ensuring adherence to the "five rights" of medication administration.​

Monitor patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments and report findings in accordance with established policies and protocols. ​

Educate patients about upcoming surgical procedures, including preoperative and postoperative care instructions. ​

Record patients' medical information and vital signs, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in patient records.

Monitor and adjust specialized medical equipment, such as IV pumps and cardiac monitors, interpreting and recording electronic displays to assess patient status. ​
