Manufacturing Assembler-Clean Room Environment

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Entry-Level Electronic Manufacturing Assembler to join our team in our manufacturing facility.

The successful candidate will work in a clean room environment and be responsible for assembling various components to create finished products according to specifications and quality standards.

This role requires excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a clean room.

This position is spending most of your workday working alone in the clean room.

This position is on-site and is not eligible for remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer.

Anticipated work hours for this position will be pm Monday-Friday.

Requirements

The Primary Responsibilities for this role include :

  • Working in a Clean Room Environment.
  • Assembling components accurately and efficiently to produce finished products according to blueprints, work orders, and quality standards.
  • Operating hand tools and machinery safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
  • Inspecting parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • The ability to conduct thorough testing and accurately record test data for assembled components.
  • Identifying and reporting any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to supervisors or quality control personnel.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to perform assembly tasks accurately.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of orders.
  • Adherence to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
  • Participating in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Some material handling.

The ideal candidate for this role will have / be :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as an assembler or similar role in a manufacturing environment is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to read work instructions.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills to print data from test equipment and print documents / labels.
  • Some experience in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  • The ability to conduct thorough testing and accurately record test data for assembled components.

Physical Requirements :

  • Performing repetitive tasks.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
  • Must be able to climb stairs.
  • Must have excellent manual dexterity in order to assemble products or machines with precision and as directed.
  • Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.

Additional Job Details

The hourly rate for this position is $17 - $21.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
