Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

Entune Behavioral Health is a dynamic outpatient Behavioral Health Provider offering individual, couples, and family therapy, along with a range of other Behavioral Health services across Arizona. We are currently looking for passionate and skilled Licensed Therapists to support the increasing demand for our comprehensive behavioral health services in our Tucson clinic.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure confidentiality of client records in line with HIPAA standards.
• Assess and evaluate risks related to harm to self and others.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for clients assigned to your panel.
• Provide various types of counseling including individual, group, couples, and family therapy.
• Maintain all client-related documentation, such as diagnosis bills, assessments, progress notes, and assorted required forms.
• Collaborate with the integrated treatment team to evaluate both physical and mental health conditions based on observations and team discussions.
• Make referrals to community resources and internal services as necessary.
• Engage in population health initiatives and evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes and uphold Entune Behavioral Health's values.
• Oversee and approve assessments, service plans, and BHP requirements for associate-level staff.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Compensation : $72,000 - $92,000 yearly salary
