Job Description

We are excited to invite applications for a full-time, dynamic, and passionate Area Assistant Wellness Director to join our teams in Westchester County, New York. This position offers the opportunity to work across our New Rochelle and Tuckahoe communities on a rotating schedule. As an Assistant Wellness Director, you will closely collaborate with the Wellness Directors of both locations, with the role designed to complement and support the Director's responsibilities. Key duties include conducting resident assessments and reassessments, delivering direct nursing care, and overseeing the daily nursing activities carried out by the LPNs and care team. • Supervise care staff in accordance with current state regulations and community policies
• Monitors the health, safety, and well-being of all residents
• Assisting in training and monitoring of medication administration
• Maintaining clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state and local standards
• Promote the highest degree of service to our residents while leading and demonstrating the mission of the company
• Conduct thorough resident assessments
• Oversight of licensed and unlicensed clinical personnel
• On call responsibilities.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, with current RN license
