Thompson Law is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist for our Dallas Office.
Schedule :
Monday - Friday 10 AM - 7 PM
The Position :
The job will be a combination of front desk customer service, light housekeeping, and organizing / distributing office mail.
Responsibilities :
- Answering incoming calls from existing clients
- Assisting lawyers and paralegals in day-to-day activities
- Organizing mail and scanning documents
- Preparing correspondence
- Delivering superior client service over the phone and in person
Qualifications :
Proficient computer and administrative skills (Microsoft Office products)Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailWillingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers / paralegals over the phone and in personSpanish-speaking proficiencyEnergetic, outgoing, and collaborative demeanorCommitment to delivering exceptional client servicePreferred Qualifications :
2+ years of law firm experience, preferably working on personal injury cases.Total Compensation Package :
