Reconstruction & Estimatics Coordinator

A top restoration company is looking for a Reconstruction & Estimatics Coordinator . They need someone who is skilled with selling, writing, managing teams and running both residential and commercial losses. They will handle reconstruction and mitigation losses with a heavier focus on reconstruction.

Position Requirements

• 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
• Experienced with Reconstruction divisions preferred
• Experience with the Software Xactimate
• Experience in service industry environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
• Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to multi-task
