We aspire to aid the growth of our company by welcoming the most qualified and deserving candidates aboard. We are currently seeking a Clinical Admin Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities :

  • Manage administrative tasks in a medical setting, including patient scheduling, record-keeping, and coordination of appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of patient medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Calling to schedule patient appointments
  • Managing patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Facilitate insurance verification as needed
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized medical office environment
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, such as preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the healthcare facility.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as an administrative medical assistant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, procedures, and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers.
  • Knowledge of insurance verification (preferred)
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in medical administration is a plus.
