Qualifications :
Experienced Attorney with 3-5 years Personal Injury Experience
- Admission to NJ Bar (NY not necessary but a plus)
- Plaintiff or defense experience acceptable
- Ability to handle and manage a personal injury case list at all stages
- Solid legal knowledge of NJ MVA and premises jurisprudence
- Understanding of legal medicine
- Depositions, Arbitration, dispositive motion experience
- Experience prepping cases for trial
Experience Trial Attorney with 10-plus years of Personal Injury Experience
- New Jersey Admission (NY a plus)
- Civil Trial Certification or eligibility
- Medical Malpractice Experience and / Product Liability
- Proven Track Record
- Experience with managing catastrophic and serious injury cases
- Federal Court Experience a plus
- Good writing skills
- Winning record
- Solid work ethic
