We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations by providing essential administrative support. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff, vendors, and visitors.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting vendors, guests, and employees with professionalism.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including escorting them within the office and providing necessary resources.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and IT teams to support various departmental needs.
- Handle light computer equipment setup and assist with badge deployment for employees.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and managing inbound calls.
- Support transitional staff by providing guidance and addressing their logistical needs.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient by addressing any operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage visitor access and maintain security protocols.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an office setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in handling receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and greeting visitors.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic computer equipment handling and troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Operations, HR, or IT.
