The Field Execution Manager plays a pivotal role in leading & scaling our in-store presence by managing a team of Field Execution Specialist. This leader will set the standard for excellence in execution, coach & develop our people, and drive collaboration with distribution partners to expand La Colombe's visibility & impact across markets.

The requirements of this position include :

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2-4 years of experience or a combination of education and 5+ years of consumer products industry experience

2+ years of management experience within CPG managing people in field sales, merchandising or retail execution teams

Proven ability to coach, motivate, & develop talent in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment

Strong selling & influencing skills with a track record of driving in store results through distributor and retailer partnerships

Strong organizational & time management skills with the ability to oversee multiple markets & priorities simultaneously

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; able to clearly articulate field insights cross functionally & to leadership

Entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the F&B, and commitment to La Colombe mission & values

Must have personal vehicle with valid driver's license & excellent driving record; ability to travel up to 40% of time including occasional weekend

Periodic lifting, bending, reaching and kneeling to execute in store at times
