• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and send confirmations and reminders.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering inquiries.
• Handle administrative responsibilities, such as maintaining candidate databases and organizing recruitment files.
