Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor onboarding progress and resolve issues proactively
Maintain real-time updates in onboarding trackers and communicate consistently with all stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Background in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition with knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
