We are seeking a skilled and experienced OPS Engineer 3 to join our dynamic operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in system operations, infrastructure management, and automation to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of our systems.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Maintain compliance with all safety standards and proactively ensure a safe working environment.
• Test, troubleshoot, disposition, and perform Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) on both classified and unclassified deliverable and undeliverable units.
• Create, maintain, and improve work instructions (e.g., test plans, OSOPs).
• Review and approve engineering changes.
• Collaborate with process owners to achieve test process efficiency and compliance.
• Support audit readiness and execution.
• Participate in quality investigations, including 7-step problem-solving methods.
• Provide direct feedback to improve build and design processes.
• Identify and resolve tooling and test equipment inefficiencies.
• Support training initiatives by identifying skills gaps and conducting coaching sessions.
• Contribute to meeting team and quality objectives and foster a culture of 100% quality compliance.
