Pathways Asset Management, Inc. (PAMI) is looking for a Compliance Manager who is responsible for ensuring PAMI's compliance with HUD and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations. This role oversees program qualification reviews, completion of Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) and LIHTC move-in or initial certifications, and annual recertifications.

What you will do in this position :

Regulatory Compliance Oversight

• Ensure LIHTC and PBRA compliance, including income, rent, and student eligibility requirements.
• Lead risk analysis and quality assurance reviews; implement corrective measures as needed.
• Oversee certification processing and timely HUD HAP voucher submissions.
• Maintain expert knowledge of HUD and LIHTC regulations to guide policy and operations.
