Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong broker relationships and influence benefit strategies
Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to negotiation and closing
Deliver presentations and demonstrations of the benefits suite to brokers and employers
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience selling HSAs, FSAs, COBRA, Commuter, and HRAs
Existing relationships with distribution partners (brokerage firms)
Experience working with employers, providers, or consultants on employee benefit programs
Direct selling experience to employers
Bachelor's degree
