This role blends technical depth with customer interaction supporting a variety of client environments, onboarding new customers, performing system installations and upgrades, and maintaining stable, secure, and high-performing infrastructures. Youll manage and support a wide range of technologies across servers, networking, cloud platforms, and end-user systems.

Working closely with our Managed Services leadership, Project Managers, and customer teams, youll be at the center of delivering consistent, high-quality service experiences that keep our clients running efficiently and securely.

What Youll Do

Client Onboarding & Implementation

• Lead or assist in onboarding new managed services customers, including environment discovery, documentation, and standardization.
• Deploy and configure infrastructure components such as servers, storage, firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and endpoint management tools.
• Establish monitoring, backup, and patch management standards for each client.

Systems Management & Support
