We are a professional services firm seeking a Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate, timely records to support business operations.

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper :
Process accounts payable / receivable, invoices, and payments.
Maintain the general ledger and reconcile bank / credit accounts.
Track expenses, client billing, and payroll entries.
Assist with month-end close and preparation of financial reports.
Support auditors and leadership with financial documentation.
Qualifications of the Bookkeeper :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance preferred.
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Strong Excel, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-focused environment.
