.NET Team Lead

A company is looking for a .Net Team Lead to oversee a custom built .NET development project and provide technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, administer, and configure a custom built .NET development project

Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, and mentorship to state personnel

Perform code reviews, testing, and ensure compliance with OTS standards during team meetings and design sessions

Required Qualifications

10 years of experience in .NET development

5+ years of experience with C# and ASP.NET Core (version 6.0 or later)

2+ years of enterprise-level software development experience

2+ years of experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment

Experience leading a team of application programmers under the Microsoft development stack
