Business Development Representative
We're looking for a skilled Business Development Representative with at least 3 years of experience to help us accelerate growth and expand our customer base. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts identifying high-potential leads, building meaningful relationships, and creating a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities that set the stage for successful conversions and long-term partnerships.
Synder is an easy accounting platform helping accounting professionals and business owners to record, reconcile and recognize online sales and subscriptions.

What You'll Do :
Engage with leads and clients, building strong relationships and trustConduct discovery calls and follow-ups to understand customer needsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experienceTrack activities and progress using our CRM systemContinuously improve your communication and product knowledgeWhat You Need :
3+ years of experience in lead generation.Excellent communication in English (C1+), both written and verbal.Strong research skills and the ability to identify potential leads.Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects.Persistent and tenacious in pursuing leads.Resilient and able to handle stress effectively.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.Warrior mindset, fighting until the end to achieve goals.Ability to work 5 days a week, from 2 pm to 10 pm CET.What We Offer :
