What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Manage and conduct document production in legal proceedings, including document review, redaction, and creation of privilege logsSupport the Digital Forensics Specialist in managing the legal hold processOrganize and maintain all electronic discovery shared between parties during legal proceedingsDraft legal documents and correspondence, including petitions and settlement agreementsCoordinate filings and responses, and manage assigned litigation filesWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
Paralegal with 2-4 years of paralegal experience or a combination of paralegal certification and relevant experienceUndergraduate Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experienceKnowledge of the US legal system, including federal and state court systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPointFamiliarity with one or more electronic discovery toolsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
