Software Development Manager

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager - myBLDR to lead and grow a team of developers focused on enhancing their Builder Omni product.

Key Responsibilities

Hire, train, mentor, coach, and retain Software Developers on the product team

Identify, define, and build processes to improve quality, delivery, risk management, and cost management

Lead grooming and development discussions, ensuring consistent quality development practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience

5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in building websites and / or web applications

At least 3+ years of experience in people management

Ability to adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proven experience mentoring junior developers
