McBride Homes has an exciting opportunity to join our sales team. McBride is Missouri's largest home builder and is an industry leader in residential new home construction. Our Sales Consultants work in beautiful Display Homes located in one of our 40+ communities within the Greater St. Louis Area. Our performance-based culture is one of empowerment, accountability, and support to ensure everyone succeeds!

New Sales Consultants receive approximately 2 months of paid training, working with other successful team members, learning all about McBride's operations and our detailed sales processes and procedures. This will ensure you are knowledgeable and confident before being placed in your own community.

After training, Sales Consultants are paid a commission of 1.5% on the base sales price of each home sold. For example, a $300,000 sale pays $4,500 in commission. McBride offers home buyers an experience they will not find with any other builder, including our award-winning Design Studio where they will work with one of our talented Design Consultants to select finishes that will transform their house into their dream home.
