NY IME Operations Manager

A company is looking for a NY IME Operations Manager to oversee and ensure the profitability of the regional operations center.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through excellent customer service and timely report delivery

Optimize physician costs by ensuring adherence to fee schedules and appropriate physician selection

Manage staff performance, including hiring, evaluations, and meeting output goals

Required Qualifications

Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree

Business experience in healthcare and / or insurance settings

Experience in Worker's Compensation and / or Auto insurance preferred

NY IME experience preferred

Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
