Job description

Our rapidly growing family law practice is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Specialist to join our team! You'll survey prospective clients and look to empathize with them on the details of their cases, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our attorneys book paid consultations. We will provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. Success measured and bonus structure tied to consultations being booked. The more effort put in will output more bonus money.

Requirements

Duties

  • Quickly assess the need the potential client has for our services.
  • Move through the call efficiently while adhering to a workflow.
  • Set paid consultations for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our attorneys schedules organized and grow our caseload.
  • Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner.
  • Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files.
  • Diligently follow up with leads to boost conversion rates and improve your performance.
  • Be a great ambassador for the firm when meeting with potential clients in person, zoom, or over the phone.

This position requires an aptitude for sales and selling. A self-starter with drive can easily excel at this role. Your success will be rewarded by a generous bonus structure.

Experience

Strong computer and data entry skills.

Strong communication skills required. Excellence on the phone and in person.

Prior B2C sales experience strongly preferred, however industry agnostic.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.

Possesses the ability to empathize and connect with a stranger.

Previous legal experience / work in law firm highly valued but not required.
