Typical Day in the Role :

• Drive Technical Advance Training and Technical Call Projects.
• Collect requirements from partners and collaborate with trainers and managers to develop training materials.
• Select appropriate attendees from the CSS TA community.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to measure impact.
• Create monthly slides for leadership updates.
• Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
• Create / review functional specifications to guide implementation decisions.
• Provide technical / analytical insights to Product Managers and Unit Managers.
• Organize cross-functional activities to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Maintain program / project schedules and status reports.
