Program Manager

We are seeking a motivated Program Manager to manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product. This role involves coordinating departmental or cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of new or existing products on schedule. A crucial aspect of this role is supporting the Master Person Management (MPM) process, which focuses on matching and linking all related records for a person in the most accurate and efficient manner possible. The ultimate goal of the MPM process is to recognize all records associated with each person, providing a complete clinical and wellness summaryregardless of data source disparity. The Program Manager will perform timely and accurate record management activities to support the health of a population.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation process of a company product, involving departmental or cross-functional teams.
• Organize interdepartmental activities and coordinate cross-team communication.
• Lead and oversee the process of matching and linking all related records for individuals, ensuring maximum accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the Master Person Management (MPM) process to recognize and consolidate records associated with each individual, enabling access to their complete clinical and wellness summary.
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems, with assistance and guidance as needed.
• Support in understanding and applying company policies and processes.
• Actively work towards gaining higher-level competency in project management and relevant functional areas.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays; paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours. Paid parental leave; adoption assistance; Employee Stock Purchase Plan; financial planning and group legal; voluntary benefits including auto, homeowner and pet insurance.
