Pharmacy Fulfillment Coordinator (MUST HAVE 1+ YEARS OF PBM / HEALTHCARE / PHARMACY EXPERIENCE)

About the Role

As a Fulfillment Advocate, you'll be at the heart of our mission to ensure every member receives their medication on time - without stress or delay. You'll oversee the full fulfillment process for alternative sourcing orders, confirm member eligibility, manage refills, and provide proactive updates every step of the way.

This role is ideal for someone who loves coordination, precision, and problem-solving - someone who takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly for both members and internal teams.

What You'll Do

Manage Orders : Initiate and process alternative sourcing orders based on member eligibility and program requirements.

Verify & Validate : Review prior authorization (PA) approvals, confirm eligibility, and ensure all details are accurate before fulfillment.

Keep Members Informed : Send timely refill reminders and provide clear tracking updates to members and stakeholders.

Monitor Deliveries : Track order status and communicate proactively to prevent or resolve delays.

Ensure Accuracy : Maintain meticulous records of fulfillment activities and collaborate across teams to address issues or improve workflows.

Champion Compliance : Follow all operational, privacy, and regulatory standards to maintain integrity and member trust.

Support the Team : Partner with Savings Advocates and Coordinators to ensure every member's journey - from savings to fulfillment - is seamless.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

1+ year of customer service, member services, or other client-facing experience.

Experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare fulfillment, or patient access (preferred).

Strong organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.

Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfort with technology - CRM systems, order tracking tools, or similar platforms a plus.
