Qualifications :
o Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or client relationship management.
o Proven track record in managing business development in a law firm or professional services setting.
o Bachelor's or Master's degree in a marketing, business or related field.
Skills :
o Team-oriented, yet capable of working independently as the lead business development contact.
o Strong attention to detail, with effective time and project management skills.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines.
o Proactive, hands-on approach with a collaborative and enthusiastic mindset.
o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary : Estimated base salary range : $165,000 - $200,000, based on qualifications and experience.
