Your position :
- Answer the phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and trace loads to aid the sales team.
- Provide support to carriers and customers.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate team.
- Be knowledgeable about the industry to be able to handle issues promptly.
- Know the transportation management system thoroughly.

Salary : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
