Role Overview :
This role supports the development and implementation of robust manufacturing quality processes for large-scale capital investment projects. The focus is on risk mitigation, process validation, and ensuring quality readiness across new production lines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the creation and facilitation of APQP elements : PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Conduct and review process capability studies and measurement systems analysis (MSA).
- Develop and maintain PPAP documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional APQP readiness meetings with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Track and support implementation of corrective actions from PFMEA findings.
- Present quality updates and risk assessments to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.6–10 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.Strong facilitation and project management skills.Experience in the automotive or heavy manufacturing industry is a plus.Work Environment :
Office located within a manufacturing facility.High interaction with cross-functional teams including metallurgy, metrology, validation, and engineering.Candidate Profile :
