Job Description
The Building Services Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of all projects under the Studio Services umbrella. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Studio Services this role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of building services projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Projects range in scope from basic paint, carpet, fixture replacement to minor landlord TI projects. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of building services disciplines. While the primary responsibilities are outlined below, they are not exhaustive.
A Snapshot Of Your Responsibilities
Project planning and coordination
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate with internal trades / departments, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Walk all projects and issue status reports daily
Team Leadership
Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project deliveryFoster a collaborative and productive work environmentBudget and resource management
Monitor project budgets, manage costs to ensure financial objectives are metAllocate resources effectively to optimize project efficiencyAssist with development on annual OpEx and CapEx budgetsReview project CPRs for submissionClient and stakeholder communications
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concernsBuild and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholdersProject Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including initial SOW contracts, reports, and correspondencePrepare and present project status reports to senior managementWhat You Will Need

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate / range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $114,000.00-155,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical / dental / vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
