Role : Business Analyst with strong automotive domain expertise

Location : Troy, MI- only locals- onsite (near by state)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements.
• Work with product owners, architects, and developers to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Understand and document automotive domain processes.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
• Support the development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and walkthroughs with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to process improvement and recommend best practices aligned with automotive standards.
