Summary : The Air Defense Systems (ADS) Training Manager shall manage and monitor Initial Qualification Training (IQT), Mission Qualification Training (MQT), Continuation Training (CT), and produce monthly / yearly training requirement status reports by initiating, tracking, coordinating, planning, and ensuring the execution of the ADS training program.
Responsibilities :
- Manage / monitor the ADS Training Program. Enter personnel data into the Senior Knowledge Management System (KMS), create learning history records, initiate training requests, enroll personnel into IQT, MQT, and CT, and maintain documentation according to AFMAN 13-1 BCC V1 and local instructions.
- Administer electronic exams via Moodle, record scores in KMS, and coordinate with training and evaluation offices regarding requirements and documentation.
- Issue training materials, create training folders, and explain training plans during IQT initial entry.
- Perform daily office duties including data entry, supply management, safety / security checks, and reference accountability.
- Monitor trainees' progression in the KMS database to meet training timelines and deadlines.
- Finalize trainees' training completion documentation.
- Manage monthly / yearly CT quotas and notify eligible individuals of requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant offices and agencies to ensure training relevance and continuity.
Qualifications :
5-8 years of training management experience.US citizenship and Secret clearance.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.The salary range is $85,000 - $100,000 annually.
