Senior FP&A Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, FP&A (Remote Opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning, focusing on KPIs

Oversee the monthly forecast process and conduct variance analysis for senior management

Monitor business profitability and communicate results, including CAPEX and margin analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in administration, economics, or accounting

8+ years of relevant professional experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, or corporate finance

3+ years of management experience

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financials with a focus on KPIs

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle Hyperion is preferred
