Job Title : Software Engineer III

Location : Holmdel, NJ (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Software Engineer III to design, build, and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications. This role involves full-stack development, leading technical discussions, and mentoring junior engineers while contributing to the continuous modernization of our SaaS offering.

Key Responsibilities :

• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, supporting their technical and career growth
• Work across the full stack to build scalable, distributed solutions and new features
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and maintain high code quality standards
• Participate in all phases of agile software development – design, implementation, deployment
• Design and build end-to-end systems leveraging SOA principles (J2EE)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex topics clearly
• Work with React, Angular, JavaScript, SQL Server, Postgres
• Develop APIs and integration patterns using Microservices and Microfrontends
